I’m a mother, friend, and partner; a queer-identifying woman of mixed Indian and Polish roots. As a psychologist, writer, facilitator, and psychedelic coach, I walk this path with curiosity and humility, always a student of life. My journey has been both tender and fierce, shaped by moments of profound beauty and deep challenge. Each has taught me something about love, resilience, and what it means to come home to myself.
Our work together will be a curious exploration of the experiences,
patterns, and imprints that shape us throughout our lives. Sometimes,
we reach a point where our old patterns no longer serve us, and we may
feel stuck, unsure of what needs to change.
With two decades of
experience as a psychologist and an integrative approach, I bring a deep
reservoir of knowledge and an unending curiosity to our work together.
In therapy, we'll collaboratively explore where you are, how you arrived
there, and where you want to go.
I see myself as a supportive passenger
while you remain in the driver’s seat of this journey. I’ll offer guidance
and suggestions, but you decide the direction, pace, and when to
pause. I value collaboration and look forward to working together to
navigate your challenges and strengths on this human journey.
My journey into the spiritual realm began with the recognition that there
was something greater than myself influencing my human experience,
though I felt deeply disconnected from it. I set out to explore ways to
connect with spiritual spaces, both internally and through community.
Over the years, this exploration has become a vital part of my life and
personal journey. I have found ways to incorporate these insights into
my work with clients, always with the intention of fostering a space
where spiritual conversations and curiosities are welcomed.
My goal is
not to project my own beliefs onto others, but to support and encourage
your exploration of spirituality. If you are also curious about spirituality,
we can engage in various practices and discussions to help you connect
with your own spiritual path.
My path has been rich and complex, marked by both profound beauty and deep challenge. With two decades of experience as a North American–trained psychologist, I carry a strong professional foundation. And yet, my work—and my life—have always been guided by a quiet search for something deeper, something that lives beyond the limits of conventional frameworks.
Years spent within the colonized and pathologized systems of mental health revealed both their strengths and their limits, and deepened my commitment to exploring more holistic and soul-centered ways of healing.
Over the years, I’ve walked through my own layers of pain and trauma, learning to listen to what they reveal about lineage, belief, and the ways we carry our histories. Along that path, I’ve been shaped by teachers, ceremonies, and traditions that weave together psychology, spirituality, earth medicines, and animist wisdom.
Today, my work is devoted to creating spaces where we can explore the full spectrum of our humanity; pain and joy, grief and beauty, curiosity and creativity. I bring both clinical experience and embodied understanding, rooted in compassion and respect for each person’s unique unfolding.
As a writer, facilitator, and lifelong student, I continue to explore what it means to heal, to remember, and to return home to ourselves and to share that exploration in service of collective healing.
